Privacy policy
A.L. Business Solutions is responsible for processing personal data collected via the contact form and the demo request form (first name, last name, company, email, phone, message).
Processing is based on your explicit consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR) and, for Clients, on contract performance (Article 6.1.b). Your data is retained for the time necessary to handle your request, and beyond that in accordance with accounting and legal obligations (10 years for accounting and tax data, 3 years for prospect data).
You have a right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object. To exercise these rights or to ask any question relating to the processing of your data, contact us at alardinoitbs@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (DPA) — dataprotectionauthority.be.
Sub-processors and international transfers
To deliver our Services, we rely on technical sub-processors selected for their security level and GDPR compliance. All transfers outside the European Economic Area (EEA) rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) of the European Commission and, where appropriate, on additional technical measures (encryption, pseudonymisation).

The financial data that you transmit to us via the Client portal is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.3) and at rest (native Postgres encryption on the Supabase side). The data sent to Anthropic for AI analyses is not used to train their models under the commercial agreement in force (zero-retention policy for B2B APIs).
A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) within the meaning of Article 28 GDPR is made available to Clients upon simple request to alardinoitbs@gmail.com.
Cookie policy
This site only uses strictly necessary technical cookies for its operation (Client portal authentication session, language preference). No tracking, advertising or third-party analytics cookies are deposited. No consent banner is required for these functional cookies (Article 129 §2 of the Belgian Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications, transposing Article 5.3 of the ePrivacy directive).
